Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within a 7-day window. If half or more of your sessions have been used already, no refund can be given.
All Monthly Sales are Non-refundable!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation need to be made within a 24-hour window. Anything after 24 hours will result in your session expiring (meaning no rescheduling) and a $15 late fee will be charged.
Any cancellations by me will be credited to the client. And will not expire.
Rescheduling Sessions can be done within the month of the payment period.
ChildCare Policy
Children are welcome as long as notice is given to Coach Kay. Please bring snacks, games, or anything that will keep your children entertained.
General Policies
1. Lateness: 20 min grace period is given. Anything after 20 mins, will be cancelled.
2. Full Payment secures your session. No payment, no session.
3. Come prepared: Bring gloves with a wrist wrap, water bottles, proper supported gym shoes, Towel, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable.
4. Make sure you eat at least 1.5- 2 hours before your session. Not eating before strength training could cause: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, lightheadedness, and/ or headaches.
5. Returning Clients have within a three month window to purchase Old client plans. Anything past the three month window, will result in a purchase of a New Client Plans.
